We assume that cancellation will not be necessary. Should your stay unexpectedly be unable to proceed, the following conditions apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to and including 14 days before arrival. You will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
• For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booking amount.
• For cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total booking amount.

A cancellation must be submitted in writing or by email. The date on which we receive the cancellation will be considered the cancellation date.
We recommend that you take out appropriate cancellation insurance yourself.
